April Unemployment Rate is 8.2%, but Overall Disappointing

April: Unemployment Expected to Decline Significantly
The unemployment rate is now 8.3%. When the Labor Department releases the Monthly Jobs Report on Friday, the rate is likely to be 8.0%.
